Lyon & Turnbull's notable carpet sales include the Holms Hepburn Coronation Carpet, a 17th-century Isfahan used during the coronations of Edward VII and George V, which sold for £79,250. Another highlight is the William Morris Hammersmith carpet, sold for £87,900, having been in the same family since purchased from Morris & Co.
