notched rim, painted in the central medallion with Buddha's Hand citruses and foliage, each panel of the cavetto with fruit or floral spray, the base with four spur marks and inscribed with a one-character ‘Kin’ mark without two square panels

An identical dish is in the British Museum, registration no. Franks.1250.+. According to the catalogue, the '金 (gold)' mark inside the foot ring is seen on products of Nangawara-yama kilns.
