of moulded outline, cast shell border, with a further chased border of scrolls, foliage & shells, with later engraved crest and motto for Clan Graham and presentation inscription, to ‘…JAMES GRAHAM/ BY A NUMBER OF FRIENDS… 13th December 1893’, raised on three acanthus clasped ball feet, engraved 1760 to the underside and retailer's mark 'Sorley of Glasgow'
