Footnote
Danish Neolithic flint craftsmanship achieved an extraordinary level of refinement, particularly evident in the production of extremely fine, delicately flaked arrowheads that surpass those of many other European cultures. The availability of high-quality flint, especially from Jutland, provided an ideal raw material for precise knapping. Danish flint workers perfected advanced pressure-flaking techniques, allowing them to create symmetrical, lightweight arrowheads with exquisitely thin edges and fine retouching along their margins.
