comprising a pink oval box and a green circular box, 3.5cm diameter, 2.5cm high, both with raised swags and flower sprigs; two oval patch boxes inscribed ‘Forget me not’ and ‘Keep this for my Sake’, with mirrors inside, 4cm wide, 2.5cm high, 3.5cm deep; an oval souvenir box inscribed Cheltenham Wells, 4.5cm wide, 2.5cm high, 4cm deep; a circular patch box with the lid painted with a landscape and a mirror to the interior, 3.5cm diameter, 2.5cm high; a circular box with an urn on the lid, inscribed ‘Life is Uncertain’, 3cm diameter, 2cm high; three further small circular patch boxes, inscribed with ‘Trifles from Respect’, ‘Love her who gives this trifle’ and ‘Friendship Sincere tis a Virtue dear’, each 2.2cm diameter, 1.5cm high (10)
