bronze, dark brown patina, modelled with the nude draped figure of Ganymede reclining into the open wings of Jupiter disguised as an eagle, their gazes meeting in adoration, with the figure of Cupid with his blindfold removed and quiver at his feet looking on, and a hound below watching attentively, on a naturalistic rocky base
