Footnote
Early edition of Blackwood's account of the sufferings of Mary Queen of Scots at the hands of Queen Elizabeth, first published the previous year with a false Edinburgh imprint; another Paris edition (with the same false imprint) appeared in 1588, the year of this Antwerp edition, which consequently appears to be the second or third overall. All editions are uncommon.
