十七至十八世紀 緬甸撣族風格 局部鎏釋迦摩尼佛座像 及 十九世紀 朱金漆木雕僧侶(共三件)
comprising: two bronze figures of seated Buddha Shakyamuni, Shan Style, 17th-18th century, one with his back and part of the front pedestal incised with inscriptions, 28.4cm high 1490g & 30.8cm high 2673g; and a gilded and lacquered wooden seated monk disciple, 19th century 21cm high, all on bespoke wooden stands (3)

Provenance
Private English collection, Peak District; inherited from current owner's aunt who lived in Hong Kong and worked at the Matilda Hospital before 1997.
The largest bronze Buddha and the monk acquired from Sovereign Company, Hong Kong, 28 April 1985, each with an original certificate of antiquity. The other bronze Buddha acquired from the same as the above, 18 April 1984, with an original certificate of antiquity.
英格蘭私人收藏,峰區;繼承自現任藏家姨母,1997年前長住香港,並於明德國際醫院就職。
三件均購自香港帝寶佛閣,各含古董證書,較大銅佛像及朱金漆木雕僧侶證書日期爲1985年4月28日,另尊銅佛爲1984年4月18日。
