Eleanor Welsh works as part of our Reception and Client Services team based in our Edinburgh saleroom. You may recognise her as she will be one of the first smiling faces you are met with.
Having worked in Retail Management for many years, Eleanor has a strong proven track record of good customer service, and it will always be her number one focus.
Working with a great team, she says she couldn’t wish for a better job. She has worked with Lyon & Turnbull for over 12 years which is testament to her love of the team and the role.
She describes her first interview with Lyon & Turnbull as ‘a light bulb moment’ – why had she never thought of working in an auction house before? She feels very fortunate to be able see so many beautiful objects. Eleanor enjoys nothing more than when clients share stories about their items and the fascinating history attached to them.
